Ingredients:
Omelet
Butter
12 eggs
Smoked salmon
Cream cheese
1 stalk green onion
Hash browns Bed
2 cups Russet potatoes
Poaching water
Potato starch
S and P
Toast
2 slices Sourdough bread
Marionberry jam
Directions.
Crack 12 eggs into a pourable container, add salt and pepper, and blend with a stick blender.
Whip cream cheese and hold in container
Cut green onion, greens and white, into biased dice
Wash and grate russet potatoes
