1 cup AP Flour
1 Cup Corn meal
2 Tablespoons Baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 on convection.
Whisk AP Flour, Cornmeal, Baking Powder, salt, and sugar together
Stir in egg, neutral oil, and honey,
Add splashes of milk until the batter is the consistency of pudding.
Heat Cast iron pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over stove top,
Add the batter to hot cast iron, hearing an audible sizzle, and move to oven for 15-20 minutes.
Check center with toothpick. Crumb should be cake-like, and have a nice crown
