Why it works: Using the italian technique of milk braising.

Ingredients:

  • Filling

  • Boneless skinless thighs

  • Chicken powder

  • White wine

  • Whole milk

  • Onions

  • Carrots

  • Cream

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Bruere monte

Instructions:

  1. Make the pie crust a day beforehand. It needs to rest before baking

  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and salt and pepper both sides.

  3. In the bottom of a heavy oven safe pot, add 1 table oil, saute chicken and remove from pan

  4. Add Veg and light sauté

  5. deglaze with white wine, and whole milk
