Cheese Straw

These appetizers are designed to be a crowd favorite by making "Cheez-its" look refined and festive. Welcome to the 1970's! These groovy straws are a favorite at the key parties!


Why it works:The Star tip gives the straws more surface area so that they bake faster. The Parm give them a snap. Smoked Paprika helps with color and taste.

Equipment:

  • Stand Mixer


Ingredients:

  • fine grated White Cheddar Cheese

  • Parmigiana Regino

  • AP flour

  • butter

  • White Peper

  • Smoked Paprika

Instructions: Using a paddle attachment, mix soft butter and ap flour until a loose ball forms

  • add grated cheese to mixer with white pepper
