Carbonara

Easy Weekday pasta dish that is set to impress. The scrambled eggs of pasta dishes. This is all simple ingredients and technique.


Why it works: It's Hard! blending the sauce beforehand helps it from breaking

Equipment:

  • Pasta boil

  • Skillet

  • Cutting Board

  • Chef knife


Ingredients:

  • Dried Spaghetti

  • Parmesan Reggiano and sheep cheese

  • Black Pepper

  • Eggs

Instructions: Boil Pasta to al dente

  • Cut pork into small pieces

  • Blend eggs, cheese, and black pepper together

  • In skillet, sauté pork until crispy

  • Add al dente pasta, sauté, and coat with oil.

  • turn heat off, add 1 ladle of pasta water
