Caesar Sandwich

Equipment:

  • 1 1/2 in. circular cutter

  • non-stick skillet



Ingredients:

  • two slices of Brioche

  • Butter

  • Best Foods Mayo

  • 1 Egg

  • Romain lettuce

  • Parmigan Regiano

  • Caesar Dressing

  • Anchovies

    • egg yolk

    • Anchovies paste

    • EVOO

Instructions:

  1. Make Caesar Dressing

  2. Coat outside of bread, with mayo

  3. Cut circular hole in top brioche Slice

  4. Heat butter in non stick

  5. Toast bottom, and crack egg into top slice with hole, and toast removed punch.
