Butter
Best Foods Mayo
1 Egg
Romain lettuce
Parmigan Regiano
Caesar Dressing
Anchovies
egg yolk
Anchovies paste
EVOO
Instructions:
Make Caesar Dressing
Coat outside of bread, with mayo
Cut circular hole in top brioche Slice
Heat butter in non stick
Toast bottom, and crack egg into top slice with hole, and toast removed punch.
